About The Position
Tailwind is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Associate to support day-to-day business operations and help provide travelers with exceptional dining and retail experiences. The Associate works with the team to deliver strong customer service, keep the work environment clean and organized, manage and replenish inventory, and respond to customer inquiries. The position includes handling transactions, preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, and maintaining coffee equipment and the coffee station. Requirements
- Basic math skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Barista experience.
- Food service experience.
- Clear communication skills.
- Adaptability.
- Must pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badge.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide customer service, process orders, and address customer inquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks and specialty beverages according to customer preferences.
- Operate coffee equipment and maintain a clean, organized coffee station.
- Stay updated on drink recipes and trends.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Restock and replenish products and inventory supplies.
- Work with the team to provide the best possible customer experience.
