About The Position

The Associate is a consultative role supporting various organizational functions and working with Clients to find mutually beneficial solutions. The role helps ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard, supporting smooth operations across departments and contributing to project and organizational objectives. Associates take part in a variety of vertical transportation activities and collaborate with team members. The position also provides opportunities to learn about the industry and develop professional skills while helping meet or exceed Client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Clients and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analyzing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating with team members.
• Conduct research and gather data to inform decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in Client and/or team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance project outcomes.
• Maintain organized records and documentation to support compliance and easy access to information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
