About The Position

As an Associate, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will use insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase customers’ understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships through trusted advice. This is an agency staff opportunity with an Allstate Exclusive Agent, who is an independent contractor, rather than direct employment with Allstate Insurance Company. Compensation is listed as $72,000–$100,000 per year, though compensation and benefits vary by agency and experience.

Requirements

Strong interest in a sales career; sales experience is preferred.
No insurance experience is required.
Willingness to obtain the necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire.
Ability to work independently as a confident and motivated individual.
Ability to multitask, follow through, and follow up.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
