About The Position
Tailwind Hospitality is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Associate to support day-to-day business operations and help deliver exceptional dining and retail experiences to travelers. The Associate works with the team to provide a high level of customer service, maintain a clean and organized environment, manage inventory, and assist with customer inquiries. The role may involve cash handling, preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, and replenishing supplies. Tailwind encourages Veterans and military family members to apply.
Requirements
- Basic math skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Barista experience.
- Food service experience.
- Clear communication skills.
- Adaptability.
- Must be able to pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badge.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service, process orders, and respond to customer inquiries or concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks and specialty beverages according to customer preferences.
- Operate coffee equipment and maintain a clean, organized coffee station.
- Stay updated on drink recipes and trends.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Restock and replenish products and inventory supplies.
- Work with the team to provide the best possible customer experience.
