About The Position

Interacts with customers and co-workers to provide information to ensure the quality of our product is handled in a timely manner as well as handles/resolves customer issues.

Requirements

  • Ability to read a ruler down to 1/32 of an inch.
  • Proficient in basic math.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others including team members and/or customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Computer literacy with proven skills utilizing Microsoft Office products.
  • Willingness to progress into full-time Customer Service Representative.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Customer Service experience with some basic printing/publishing knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of Corporate SOX / Internal documentation as it relates to specific responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Use proprietary software to enter job specifications and/or job planning details
  • Requisition proper materials for specific jobs
  • Effectively communicate with Scheduling and/or Purchasing departments
  • Provide instructions for billing and shipping needs
  • Adheres to and promotes all safety, security and environmental policies and procedures
  • Cover Customer Service Representatives while out of office.
  • All other duties as assigned
