Position Summary The Customer Service & Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a dual role in supporting both customer service operations and accounting functions. This position is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring effective communication between customers, sales, and operations. In addition, the role supports accounts receivable activities, contributing to accurate financial records and timely collections. The position serves as a key representative of the “voice of the customer” while maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
