About The Position

Automotive Representatives are responsible for assisting customers and dealers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution. Good telephone skills, customer orientation, interpersonal skills, communication, and planning and organizing are key in this position. Must be flexible and a team player as agents work together to assist customers.

  • Five or more years of claims/customer service experience in a vehicle service contract environment, or five or more years of dealership or independent automotive repair shop experience, or equivalent combination is preferred
