About The Position

Delta Faucet Company has an excellent opportunity for you to join our Indianapolis corporate Customer Service team! As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be an analytical decision maker who develops cross functional relationships while helping management tackle sophisticated customer requests.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • MS Office - required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
  • Systems proficiency SAP – preferred

Responsibilities

  • Analyze account activity applying SAP, Excel and Microsoft BI
  • Make account decisions that drive growth and ease of doing business
  • Present to management on account trends and activity
  • Build ad hoc reports to support order management
  • Use CI to drive reduction in order fill-rate and on-time customer fines
  • Develop relationships with key cross functional leaders across all channels
  • Use account knowledge to positively represent Delta Faucet Company during customer inquiries and complaint resolution
  • Participate in account long and short-term business planning
  • Effectively connect with customers, agencies, sales and other departments throughout Delta Faucet
  • Lead fines fighting process through fines rebuttals
  • Ability to conduct multiple tasks while delivering in a timely and accurate fashion
