About The Position

Champion Window has immediate openings for experienced Customer Service agents at their Philly office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an office or call center environment and will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a quality phone experience. The shift for this role is 10 am to 7 pm.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience working in a customer service, office or call center environment
  • Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
  • Strong, accurate data entry skills
  • Process focused - structure and consistency is key
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to successfully work as part of a team
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to multi-task

  • Appointments Plus/CRM knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Inbound customer phone calls
  • Creating and updating service requests
  • Processing payments
  • Answering customer questions regarding existing installs and service requests
  • Resolving minor customer conflicts
  • Processing online inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned
