Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Strong communication skills — you’re comfortable across multiple channels
  • A natural ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
  • Resourcefulness, autonomy, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of metric and imperial measurements
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet tools, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Training in administration, sales, or a related field (an asset)

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Advise customers on products and services
  • Process orders and manage quotes (including approvals)
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks for sales and production
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve requests efficiently
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and care
  • Step in to support teammates when needed
