About The Position

Jiffy Lube Multicare is hiring full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisors, also called Customer Service Advisors or CSAs, at its Wausau, Wisconsin location. The successful candidate confers with guests to determine or suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles. Work must be performed safely and efficiently while providing an outstanding guest service experience and contributing to an energetic and fun working environment. A current and valid driver's license is required. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
