About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to provide excellent customer and food service in clean, state-of-the-art facilities. Customer - Food Service Coworkers help maintain the in-store food program, keep the store clean and inviting, and assist customers. The role is based in the Wausau area, and the shift is variable. Some weekend and holiday availability is required. Kwik Trip is a family-owned Midwest company that shares 40% of its pre-tax profits with coworkers. The company describes opportunities for coworkers to develop skills and pursue other roles, including retail leadership and positions at its Support Center and production and distribution facilities.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age to work in Kwik Trip stores.
- Great people skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.
- Desire to help customers.
- Some weekend and holiday availability is required.
