Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are the first point of contact for customers seeking to resolve concerns. They are expected to be courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic to the callers' concerns in their homes and businesses. CSRs should aim to make customers feel confident that their concerns will be handled promptly and professionally. This role involves maintaining good customer relations both on the phone and in person, gathering information to identify and solve problems, confirming, scheduling, and rescheduling services, and setting sales appointments for new customers. Additionally, CSRs will answer billing questions, complete general clerical duties, work collaboratively with Service and Sales teams, and promote the value of our services by suggesting upgrades.
