About The Position

This entry-level role on the Customer Outreach team involves engaging with customers in local communities, introducing available programs and services, answering questions, and assisting customers through enrollment. The representative participates in community outreach and promotional activities, represents the company professionally, maintains positive customer interactions, and works toward individual and team performance goals. The work is active and field-based rather than primarily desk-based. No previous industry experience or college degree is required.

Requirements
