As a Customer Development Manager FMS, you'll manage a portfolio of established accounts in the Austin market, grow relationships across Ryder's full suite of Fleet Management Services, and be rewarded with uncapped commission potential on top of a strong base salary. This is a total target compensation opportunity of roughly $73,000–$80,000 in year one, with real, measurable earning growth as your book of business grows. $58,000–$60,000 base salary + average $15,000–$20,000 in first-year commission. Sales Territory: Austin, TX & surrounding areas. Schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours. The Customer Development Manager FMS position is responsible for the management of assigned accounts in the Business Unit (BU); the education/development of customer interest in additional Ryder services (including: Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, Fleet Management Services and Dedicated Contract Carriage) by utilizing the Ryder Sales Process.
