The Customer Retention & Development Manager (CRDM) will be responsible for building a District Retention Program to cover all existing customers in the District. This role will also assist Product Managers in developing product-level retention programs, facilitate monthly branch retention meetings, and ensure consistency in branch and service offerings. The CRDM will measure and analyze customer revenue trends, ensure minimum call counts and reviews are completed per district goals, and drive incremental improvements in customer relationships. The ultimate goal is to grow revenue across multiple products and geographies.
