About The Position

The Customer Relations Specialist is often the first and last face customers see. The role creates a positive first impression by greeting guests as they arrive, guiding vehicles in and out of service bays, performing basic vehicle maintenance checks, and assisting technicians with other top-side duties as needed. The position is located at 8602 Lyndale Ave S, Bloomington, MN 55420. Valvoline provides paid on-the-job training; previous automotive experience is not required.

Requirements

Eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above the head.
Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive.
Guide vehicles in and out of service bays.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
Assist technicians with other top-side duties as necessary.
