About The Position

The Customer Relations Specialist is often the first and last face customers see. The role creates a positive first impression by greeting guests when they arrive, guiding vehicles in and out of service bays, performing basic vehicle maintenance checks, and assisting technicians with other top-side duties as needed. The job is located at 2421 Gateway Ct, Hudson, WI 54016. No previous automotive experience is required; paid on-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

Eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above the head.
Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Fluency in English in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive and create a positive first impression.
