Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business-related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in either Sales Management, Customer Accounts, Pricing Management, Trade Planning, Revenue Growth Management or other relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills and high proficiency in Excel with proficiency in Powerpoint and Word is required
  • Knowledge of syndicated data like Circana or Nielsen, ability to analyze data and communicate meaningful insights

Nice To Haves

  • proficiency with Navigator and Margin Miner is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Co-responsible for developing the Trade Plan for the overall Profitability/Healthy Performance of all assigned Customers.
  • Increasing our return on investment through customer shopping programs, aisle architecture and assortment management.
  • Development of Quarterly Trade Calendar in collaboration with the Account Lead
  • Conducts all quantitative pre and post promotion Breakeven Analysis
  • Utilize trade management tools including but not limited to: ROI Analytical Tools, Margin Miner and syndicated data (Circana / Nielsen) to understand Customer performance
  • Gain alignment on all forecasts with Customer Executive and accurately input into our Trade Planning Module
  • Ensure weekly calendars are accurate and communicated accordingly
  • Continuously adjust Promotional Plans, driven by Customer, Customer Executive, trends, forecast accuracy, strategy/guardrail change and/or course correction.
  • Responsible for highest integrity of internal / external promotional pricing forms
  • Work with the Customer Lead on the development and execution of Customer Shopping Programs
  • Development of executive level Power Point Presentations
  • Abide by 3 Key Rules to achieve highest profitability
  • Use the Standardized Price List
  • Utilize established Guardrail Frequency (Except Upon Approval)
  • 13Wk / 26Wk / 52Wk Avg Realization should be monitored and managed to ensure we are consistently exceeding our profitability targets.
