About The Position

Four Hands is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Pickup Associate to join its warehouse team. The associate helps create a positive customer experience by ensuring pickup orders are accurate, prepared, and safely loaded. The role involves picking and staging orders, handling inventory and materials, identifying products across warehouse paperwork, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The associate is expected to meet productivity requirements, perform other duties consistent with training and qualifications, and uphold Four Hands’ Core Values.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
High school diploma or GED.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and maneuver items up to 225 pounds with assistance.
Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, push, and reach continuously for up to 8 hours per day in a warehouse environment.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours.

Responsibilities

Pick and stage orders for customer pickup.
Load and unload containers and/or trucks.
Safely load products into customers’ vehicles.
Stage and organize customer invoices.
Scan inventory into the correct storage locations.
Transfer finished materials to designated areas within the warehouse.
Identify items on paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading.
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Meet productivity requirements as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications.
