Position can be 100% remote position located in the continental US. Also have the option to work 5 days a week in the Fenton, MO location, if living in the area. Must have reliable internet connection at home. No Dish internet connection. Work Hours: 40 hours- Monday- Friday. Hours will be 8-4:30pm Central Standard Time.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience (Experience in a call center environment highly preferred)
  • Strong computer knowledge and proficiency to quickly navigate between multiple screens in an online environment
  • Excellent communication skills with clear, articulate phone voice.
  • Proficient writing and grammar skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • If working remotely in this role, must have a quiet dedicated work space with no distractions
  • Excellent work ethic that demonstrates eagerness and initiative to learn and accept new challenges
  • Positive, upbeat, outgoing professional attitude
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Calls: Receives incoming calls from participants, handles questions regarding their orders, recommends solutions based on participant issues.
  • System Updates: Review and update order information in proprietary system.
  • Back-end Support / Training: Assist with back-end support when needed. Attend training sessions regarding new and/or current clients.
