Requirements

  • Customer service experience with phone-based communication (call center experience preferred)
  • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to succeed in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Basic technical proficiency (Windows, Microsoft Office, call documentation systems)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Consistent employment history with minimal unexplained gaps
  • Strong attendance record

Responsibilities
