Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Food Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, customer marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, synthesize, and communicate information from multiple sources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other business productivity tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Fluent in English with a positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing presentations, marketing content, or customer-facing materials.
  • Experience supporting customer events, trade shows, webinars, or customer engagement activities.
  • Experience within the food, beverage, ingredients, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or FMCG industries and familiarity with consumer insights or market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer engagement initiatives through compelling presentations, communications, and marketing materials.
  • Develop customer-facing content including trend presentations, one-pagers, innovation concepts, newsletters, and event materials.
  • Research and summarize market trends, consumer insights, and category opportunities to support customer projects and business growth.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of trend, category, and consumer insight presentations that inspire customers and support business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with category marketing, commercial, technical, and cross-functional teams to support regional marketing initiatives.
  • Help coordinate customer events, innovation days, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing activities.
  • Support customer projects by developing tailored materials aligned with customer needs and business opportunities.
  • Participate in customer meetings and presentations, building customer engagement, storytelling, and business development experience.
  • Maintain marketing assets, presentation libraries, customer engagement tools, and support project execution and follow-up activities.
