About The Position
As a Customer Marketing Analyst, you will gather, analyze and survey existing product data and potential market data for promotion and distribution for customer or platform use. This position is based fully onsite on our Huntsville, AL. facility. You will report to the Customer Engagement Leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but will consider experience in a similar field in lieu of degree
- 2 years + of experience in marketing, data analytics, business analytics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience analyzing data, developing reports, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply
Responsibilities
- Support customer recovery plans by hosting customers that have approved, scheduled visits to discuss part status
- Lead meetings that discuss part movement, WIP position, shipping status, and actual performance versus commitment
- Provide daily, weekly, or monthly data to platform or customers to support recovery efforts
- Provide assistance with marketing activities and materials
- May support company events related to marketing and customer activities
