Customer Marketing Lead

Tribe AI
•$175,000 - $225,000

About The Position

Tribe is an AI-native services company that helps enterprises realize business value from AI by embedding with them to build AI products that reach and remain in production. The Customer Marketing Lead will turn Tribe’s delivery work into customer evidence that helps win future business. This is a zero-to-one, player-coach role based in New York, reporting to co-founder Jackie. The person will operate the function as a team of one and determine how it should scale, working closely with the co-founder and Tribe’s builders, product and delivery leaders, sellers, and strategic partners. The role centers on extracting customer stories, business outcomes, and proof points from bespoke client engagements, then creating credible, technically sound material that enterprise executives, sellers, and partners can use. The Lead will establish a durable, searchable library and the process that keeps it populated; develop builder voices into credible content; and bring customer and market insights into product and commercial decisions. The Lead will also translate delivery work into enterprise-focused positioning and differentiators, help identify repeatable offerings and craft positioning and concise claims for them, and refine language based on its use in sales conversations. For partner marketing, the role will package customer evidence for Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI field teams and build co-marketing materials as the motion develops. The work is shaped by client engagements rather than a launch calendar, and requires finding concise, useful insights in technical debriefs.
