As Customer Marketing & Content Lead at Forus, you will turn the outcomes we create with providers, health systems, and other partners into compelling stories that demonstrate what is possible when patients get better support to access their medicine. You will work directly with customers to identify the strongest stories, uncover the data and experiences behind them, and create materials that are valuable to both Forus and the organizations we serve. This will include case studies and presentations customers can use internally, as well as reports, articles, webinars, and other content we publish independently or alongside medical societies, patient advocacy organizations, and industry partners. You will own the process from finding the story through research, production, approval, and distribution. This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Forus' success.
