About The Position

Roger Healthcare has built the leading AI-powered clinical documentation platform for home health. Thousands of clinicians use Roger every day to reduce documentation time by more than 80% and reclaim hours of patient-facing time. We are growing fast, backed by top-tier investors, and reshaping how care is delivered to older adults across the country. We’re expanding our go-to-market team in San Francisco and looking for someone who wants ownership, creativity, and the chance to shape how Roger shows up to the market. This is not a support role — it is a hands-on, full-stack Marketing position for someone who wants to build a category-defining brand in healthcare AI. We are hiring a Marketing Lead who is hungry, creative, and ready to move fast. You will own strategy and execution across brand, content, and demand generation, while putting the foundations and processes in place that scale with us. Working directly with our founders and GTM leaders, your work will reach executives at home health agencies, clinicians, and technologists shaping the future of home health. Requirements

  • 4+ years into your marketing career
  • Obsessed with crisp storytelling, design, and execution — not theorizing
  • Able to take a fuzzy idea and turn it into a polished asset without handholding
  • Excited to speak with users, extract insights, and turn them into content
  • Energized by a fast-paced environment with high autonomy
  • Comfortable owning end-to-end deliverables and being accountable for outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Drive projects across content, brand, and growth marketing.
  • Design beautiful marketing materials: case studies, flyers, one-pagers, decks.
  • Create product marketing content: demos, feature launches, videos.
  • Produce blogs, SEO-driven content, and white papers.
  • Build thought leadership content around AI, healthcare, and our team.
  • Develop sales enablement materials for AEs & SDRs.
  • Write compelling narratives grounded in user stories and outcomes.
  • Run consistent outbound and nurture email campaigns.
  • Execute paid acquisition experiments.
  • Manage all social channels.
  • Lead webinar planning, execution, and content.
  • Drive conference strategy: lead lists, dinners, attention-grabbing campaigns.
  • Continuously improve website content and SEO performance.
  • Experiment with new lead channels and user advocacy motions.
  • Partner with Customer Success on customer delight programs (gifts, spotlights, social proof).
