About The Position

We're seeking a Content Strategist and Storytelling Architect to build UJV's content engine, positioning the company as the most trusted resource in the travel advisor community. This role involves creating content that educates, inspires, and activates advisors, driving measurable business impact. The goal is to turn expertise into influence, content into engagement, and engagement into business growth, focusing on luxury travel expertise across Africa, Europe, and the Tropics.

Requirements

  • Expertise in content strategy development and editorial planning.
  • Experience owning and managing editorial calendars and content pipelines.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Deep understanding of content attribution, UTM tracking, campaign reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Experience creating and optimizing content across websites, blogs, email campaigns, webinars, social media, and SEO initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SEO content strategy and organic growth principles.
  • Experience with website CMS platforms, landing page creation, and content publishing workflows.
  • Exceptional long-form and short-form copywriting skills.
  • Ability to connect content performance to business outcomes and marketing objectives.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve content quality, efficiency, research, and production workflows.
  • Native-level English with exceptional written communication skills and strong editorial judgment.
  • 5–8 Years of results in building, managing, and optimizing content programs that support brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead UJV's content ecosystem across websites, blogs, destination guides, webinars, thought leadership, email content, and advisor resources.
  • Develop and own the content strategy for the UJV Master Brand and tailored approaches for UJV Africa, UJV Europe, and UJV Tropics.
  • Own the editorial calendar and content pipeline, ensuring timely creation, distribution, and optimization of content.
  • Establish scalable systems and workflows for content production.
  • Measure content performance, connecting it to website traffic, advisor engagement, webinar participation, lead generation, and business growth.
  • Continuously optimize content based on data and performance metrics.
  • Integrate AI tools into research, ideation, content production, optimization, and workflow management, ensuring human oversight and brand alignment.
