About The Position

Mighty is building an AI-powered platform to help personal injury victims navigate the claims process, offering a consumer-first alternative to traditional legal services. The Content Marketing Lead will be responsible for shaping how Mighty presents itself to the world, with a primary focus on AI-native, high-volume short-form video content. This role involves creating engaging content that highlights the structural unfairness of the personal injury system and empowers consumers. The position is a zero-to-one build, meaning the lead will define the function, voice, velocity, and AI stack for marketing efforts. The goal is to ensure every American knows about Mighty's innovative solution.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable body of work with proven performance in accounts, videos, threads, or campaigns.
  • AI-native mindset; thinking in AI workflows rather than just using AI tools.
  • Experience building workflows where one prompt achieves what previously required a team.
  • Shipped real, performant video using AI tools like Sora, Veo, or Runway.
  • Experience automating content operations using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, or Zapier.
  • Strong taste and the ability to articulate why content succeeds or fails.
  • Storytelling ability to make sensitive or technical topics clear and human within 30 seconds.
  • Comfortable pitching reporters cold.
  • Resourceful, opinionated, and energized by ambiguity in a zero-to-one environment.
  • Belief that the system is rigged and a desire to create impactful content about it.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluent in Sora, Veo, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and emerging AI video/audio tools.
  • Obsessed with the craft of the 15-to-60-second hook and the AI workflow that enables high-volume production.
  • Expertise in navigating platforms like Reddit, understanding the difference between effective engagement and getting banned.
  • Experience in earned media and PR, building relationships with journalists, podcasters, and creators.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an AI-native video content strategy, including concepting, scripting, shooting, generating, editing, and shipping daily.
  • Manage organic social media presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
  • Engage directly with audiences by writing posts, replying to comments, and managing direct messages.
  • Build relationships with media and creators in the consumer rights, insurance, legal tech, and AI spaces to secure earned media and PR.
  • Pitch stories, react to news cycles, and establish Mighty as a go-to source for journalists.
  • Develop and execute organic campaigns, including drops, partnerships, brand moments, and provocative content.
  • Maintain a high standard of taste and ensure the brand voice remains human and clear, especially when addressing sensitive topics.
  • Measure content performance, identify what works, eliminate what doesn't, and rapidly scale successful strategies using AI insights.
  • Define the marketing function, voice, velocity, and AI stack for the company.
