About The Position

We're hiring a Content Lead to own Fragile's external presence including HardwareNation, Merchant and customer testimonials. You'll sit at the intersection of creative and strategic: ideating campaigns, running shoots, editing content, and publishing across channels. This isn't a "post and pray" role. You'll be expected to bring a point of view, move fast, and deliver content that earns attention. A part of this role will include leading content for one of our GTM angles - Hardware Nation. Hardware Nation is a community built by our CBO - Ritwik Pavan - to connect and surface category-leading hardware founders (i.e. Sunday Robotics). This includes a digital presence spanning podcasts to X posts to our standalone blog: hardwarenation.co. To do this, you will have access to the latest A/V equipment for the in-house studio.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of content creation experience at a high-growth startup or consumer brands
  • Production ownership; comfortable going from ideating concepts, script planning, and production to publish with planning support from the team
  • Deep platform fluency across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and X, including industry relevancy and native formats
  • Strong editing toolkit: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent.
  • Data-informed mindset: knows what a good engagement rate looks like and can use analytics to prove (or kill) a hypothesis
  • Bias for action, high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, hardware, or enterprise software
  • Comfortable on camera or as a producer for executive thought leadership
  • Familiarity with website CMS tools (Webflow, WordPress, etc.) and basic SEO
  • A portfolio that shows range — long form, short form, social posts, video, web content

Responsibilities

  • Own content strategy and planning: Build and manage a content calendar across social, website, product launches, customer stories, and company moments. Identify the stories, trends, and moments worth turning into content. This will be in partnership with our in-house Designer.
  • Produce high-quality photo and video content: Plan and execute shoots including pre-production of product demos, founder/executive content, customer stories, event coverage, b-roll, and podcasts, brand moments. Own the production process from concept through capture.
  • Edit and package content for distribution: Edit short-form and long-form assets, write captions, create platform-specific cuts, and prepare content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and the website.
  • Manage publishing and distribution: Publish content across key channels, adapt messaging by platform, and maintain a consistent brand voice across social and web.
  • Measure performance and improve the system: Track content performance, identify what is working, test new formats, and use data to improve future creative decisions.
  • Collaborate across the company: Work with marketing, partnerships, product, sales, and leadership to surface strong stories, support launches, and turn internal momentum into external narratives.
