As a customer mailing associate, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by providing current and prospective customers with the proper fulfillment, preparation, and packaging of various marketing parcels.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience. Equivalent experience is considered having at least 1 year of longevity with a single employer, working in a full-time capacity.
Ability to effectively communicate with others (verbally and in writing).
Ability to lift 30lbs.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
Work on a conveyor system to prepare and package various marketing parcels.
Adhere mailing labels correctly either manually or with barcode scanners and printers. Checking labels for errors.
Ensure boxes successfully run through the taping process.
Accurately fulfill and seal parcels with the appropriate marketing materials and product samples.
Keep your area neat and clean.
Make boxes as needed.
Fold totes, remove polybags, and inspect items as needed.
Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
