About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a full-time Customer Loyalty Representative at its airport operations in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This outdoor, on-site role serves frequent and premier customers enrolled in loyalty programs. The representative processes rentals, offers products and services that enhance customers’ experience, and provides attentive, professional service to build trust and long-term loyalty. The role calls for strong communication and customer service skills to anticipate customer needs, answer questions, and deliver a smooth, personalized rental experience. On-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Engaging, professional personality and strong verbal communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset and genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular on-site presence is required; the position cannot be performed remotely.
