About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Customer Loyalty Representative to support loyalty customers at airport locations. This active, outdoor role involves processing rentals for customers enrolled in loyalty programs, offering products and services to enhance their experience, and providing attentive, professional service. The representative uses communication and customer service skills to anticipate needs, answer questions, build trust, and help frequent customers get on their way quickly and smoothly. The position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Engaging, professional personality with strong verbal communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset and genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Six months of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
