This is a front-line customer interaction role focused on managing hot inbound leads. The Customer Lead Coordinator will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out, responsible for answering calls, qualifying leads, and ensuring they are quickly scheduled with the appropriate sales advisor. This role requires a high level of organization, responsiveness, and comfort with phone communication. Requirements

  • 0–2+ years of customer service, call center, or coordination experience
  • Comfortable answering and managing high call volume
  • Strong communication and phone presence
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations
  • Comfortable using CRM and scheduling tools
  • Reliable and responsive work style
  • Ability to work full-time, in-office in Dallas, TX
