About The Position

MealSuite is seeking a Customer Implementation Trainer to join their Customer Implementation team. This role requires a bilingual individual with professional working knowledge of French. The trainer will act as a subject matter expert on MealSuite’s software, responsible for delivering training to customers and partners to ensure usability and proper account setups, all while providing exceptional customer service. The position reports to the Team Lead, Implementation Training.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of MealSuite products
  • Experience delivering training, ideally with a highly complex product or subject matter
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in customer implementations and training within a SaaS environment
  • Exceptional professional relationship building and maintenance through active and empathetic listening, as well as engaging written and verbal communication.
  • Genuine excitement about engaging with people and demonstrating how to use highly complex software in a simple and thorough manner
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required)
  • Working professional knowledge of French

Responsibilities

  • Act as the training and configuration expert, creating, delivering, monitoring, and updating user training plans based on customer needs.
  • Oversee training for customer-guided and live accounts.
  • Own or assist with setups and configuration of Connect, Touch, and POS modules as needed.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Coordinators and Enterprise Implementation Managers for project training needs.
  • Work with Sales and Support teams to transition customer accounts after implementation.
  • Clearly communicate account configuration requirements and expectations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure customers receive superior service through relationship development and strengthening.
  • Assist with troubleshooting workflow issues for new and existing customers.
  • Guide customers to adopt system best practices.
  • Educate customers on MealSuite’s toolkit, capabilities, and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations.
  • Leverage feedback for continuous improvement of the implementation process.
