Visit us at: www.accenture.com/song Role Purpose Support the development and delivery of customer-led growth strategies by identifying opportunities, validating ideas, and contributing to market launch planning. Consultants work closely with Managers and client teams to turn insights into market-ready propositions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or customer insight roles focusing on customer growth for retail or consumer goods space.
Nice To Haves
- Demonstrated consulting experience with client-facing delivery.
- MBA or relevant innovation program experience a plus.
- Experience or genuine interest in consumer goods, retail or hospitality & travel.
- Strong research and analysis skills.
- Exposure to concept testing, prototyping, or agile product/service development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of AI/ GenAI
- Understanding of quantitative data sets and some financial value casing and modeling also preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
- Execute rapid testing protocols with real and synthetic customers to validate concepts.
- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for prioritization and launch.
- Collaborate with design, product, customer insights, and marketing functions to shape propositions.
- Drive and assist in building business cases for high-priority growth opportunities
