About The Position

We are seeking a goal-oriented and dedicated Customer Experience Manager NPC/POC (Fixed Term / 12 Months) to strengthen our team and cover all our distributors in Norway. As Customer Experience Manager, you will play a key role in implementing and selling our innovative products withing POC/NPC. We are looking for a structured, relationship-driven salesperson who aspires to deliver high value in a challenging and rewarding market. The Customer Experience Manager reports to the Sales Lead Diabetes Care.

Requirements

  • A documented strong sales profile with an unwavering desire to deliver results.
  • The ability to work independently and organize a busy travel schedule effectively.
  • Proactive, take initiative, and are confident in engaging with new customers and challenges.
  • Must enjoy extensive travel activity within the district.
  • Fluent in Norwegian (written and oral) and proficient in English, as we operate in a global environment.

Nice To Haves

  • A background in healthcare is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Full sales and revenue responsibility for distributors in Norway.
  • Sales and training for our Core/NPC products.
  • High level of travel and customer visits to ensure market growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Structured planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve budget targets.
