As a seasonal Customer Experience Guide, you support Patagonia retail store teams during peak seasons, sales, and other periods of increased need. You contribute to front-line retail and customer experience activities, focusing on sales, customer service, stocking, and staging products on the sales floor. You learn about Patagonia products, connect with the community, and share efforts to protect the local environment. Employees are encouraged to solve problems creatively and center customers’ needs. Seasonal employment is for a defined, limited-duration period, typically up to four months, and does not guarantee employment for any specific length of time. Seasonal employees may be regularly scheduled but may not work more than 19 hours per week, 76 hours per month, or 500 hours in a rolling 12-month period. Employment is at-will. The current hiring need is 8–19 hours per week, with Friday through Sunday required; open availability is a plus. Schedules may vary week to week, and shifts may begin or end up to two hours before or after store business hours. The store aims to post schedules three weeks in advance. Seasonal employees are not eligible for company-sponsored benefits except Wellness Time, employee discounts, and benefits required by applicable law.
