About The Position

As a Customer Experience Banker, you serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. You retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services. You process transactions accurately and efficiently, provide exemplary customer service, and educate customers about the bank’s products, services, and technology. The role is based in an office in Green Valley Ranch, Colorado.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience or military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or a similar role; alternatively, a bachelor's degree.
Must meet additional background check requirements, including providing fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
Cash handling skills.
Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
Understand consumer deposit products and consumer lending, and educate customers about them.
Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, customer follow-up, outbound calls, and referrals from customers and partners.
Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build partnerships.
Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication, and presentation.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.
