About The Position

AnswerOne is a well-established Call Center/Answering Service located in McAllen, TX, immediately hiring Part Time Bilingual Customer Experience Agents. We are looking for agents to add to our growing team. We provide on the job training, and no experience with our software is required. Previous call center work is a plus, but is absolutely not required. If you have excelled in any customer service industry, know your way around computers, have a friendly and positive attitude and have excellent writing and communication skills, then this position is for you! We answer our customers' calls when they can't, whether it's a locksmith call at midnight or a medical advice call on a weekend. This is a vital industry to be a part of.

Requirements

  • Part Time
  • Available to work Sat or Sun each week
  • Some Holiday work required
  • Welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
  • Strong spelling and grammar
  • Computer skills
  • Dependability
  • The ability to type 35 wpm or better
  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Previous call center work is a plus
