About The Position

AnswerOne is immediately hiring Full-Time Bilingual Call Center Agents. Agents will provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to clients' customers, handling calls for various businesses. The role involves using excellent customer service skills to ensure customers have a positive experience, collecting all necessary information thoroughly and accurately for message relay. This is an in-office position where agents will professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers, request and provide information, transfer calls, or take messages. Agents will utilize a state-of-the-art call processing system and receive training on various call center tools to prioritize customer needs. AnswerOne operates as an inbound call center only, with no outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.

Requirements

  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar.
  • Computer skills in a Windows-based environment.
  • Good attendance.
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute or more.
  • Speak and write fluent Spanish/English.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
