The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service to all our customers both internally and externally. Requirements

  • Proficiency in written and oral French and English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma
  • Good working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Genesys, Cloud and Oracle is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and build solid relationships with our customers and sales team
  • Perform accurate on-time order entry with 24 hours turnaround time
  • Own your order. Make sure it is precise in terms of products and prices.
  • Inform customers by e-mail of order information, such as order number, unit prices, inventory level, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.
  • Support Customer Service E-Mail and phones with order inquiries (ETA/tracking), price and availability, basic product information
  • Collaborate on cross functional tasks whenever required
