About the position
This is a remote, full-time position for a Customer Experience Advisor at Warby Parker. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, such as phone, email, and live chat. They will also need to become proficient in Warby Parker's internal management system and collaborate effectively with teammates and other departments. Responsibilities
- Deliver above-and-beyond customer service over the phone, email, and live chat
- Become an expert in Warby Parker's internal management system in order to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
- Use communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
- Notice trends and pain points in work and brainstorm solutions to improve each customer's experience
- Take ownership and pride in work
- Think outside the box and solve problems creatively
- Communicate thoughtfully both online and offline, understanding the importance of tone
- Adapt communication style to suit audience
- Learn new technology systems and procedures
- Be highly organized and attentive to detail
- Proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows
- Thrive in a high-volume work environment
- Be a brand ambassador for Warby Parker and build strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Remote, full-time position
- Hourly rate: $17.00
- Deliver above-and-beyond customer service over the phone, email, and live chat

- Hybrid-capacity position requiring in-office days determined by shift
- Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
- Extra credit for up to 2 years of customer service experience
- Potential shifts vary depending on business needs and will be communicated during the interview process
- Available for customers every day, 8 a.m.–9 p.m. CT
