Customer Experience Advisor (Full-Time) (Remote, based in Las Vegas)

This is a remote, full-time position for a Customer Experience Advisor at Warby Parker. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, such as phone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who can stay calm under pressure and is passionate about serving others. They will also need to become proficient in Warby Parker's internal management system and collaborate effectively with teammates and other departments. This position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a high level of organization.

• Deliver above-and-beyond customer service over the phone, email, and live chat
• Become an expert in Warby Parker's internal management system in order to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
• Use communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
• Notice trends and pain points in work and brainstorm solutions to improve each customer's experience
• Take ownership and pride in work
• Think outside the box and solve problems creatively
• Communicate thoughtfully both online and offline, understanding the importance of tone
• Adapt communication style to suit audience

• Hourly rate: $17.00

• Available for customers every day, 8 a.m.–9 p.m. CT
