About the position
The Customer Engineer role at Aisera is a key position within the Customer Success team. The role involves partnering with internal engineering and product teams to bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with cutting-edge Conversational AI. The Customer Engineer will be responsible for onboarding new customers, developing custom workflows based on their requirements, and acting as the primary technical point of contact. This role offers significant growth opportunities and is based in Palo Alto, CA.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary technical point of contact for customers
- Develop custom workflows/RPAs based on customers' requirements (requires javascript experience)
- Triage any technical issues reported by customers and work with Engineering toward the resolutions
- Stay current with the most recent changes to our product and educate customers on our offerings
