About The Position

Columbia NW Heating is looking for a part-time Customer Engagement Representative to represent our HVAC company inside our Home Depot locations in Beaverton or Portland (Mall 205). This role involves engaging with homeowners shopping at Home Depot, answering basic questions about heating and cooling, and scheduling free in-home estimates with HVAC professionals. This is an onsite position and applicants must live in or near the Portland/Metro area. The role does not require sales experience as the primary focus is on customer engagement and scheduling appointments, not closing sales.
