About The Position

Columbia NW Heating is seeking a part-time Customer Engagement Representative to represent our HVAC company inside Home Depot locations in Beaverton or Portland (Mall 205). This role involves engaging with homeowners shopping at Home Depot, answering basic questions about heating and cooling, and scheduling free in-home estimates with HVAC professionals. It is not a traditional sales job, as there is no requirement to close sales, provide quotes, or convince customers to purchase. The position offers a consistent Wednesday-Saturday schedule with daytime hours, 25-30 hours per week, and opportunities for monthly appointment bonuses.
