We’re building the future of livestock technology. Come join us. We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Representative to help expand the reach of the eShepherd platform across North America. In this role, you’ll focus on generating and qualifying opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and supporting the sales journey from initial engagement through to handover and onboarding. You’ll work closely with ranchers, producers, and industry stakeholders to understand their operational challenges and demonstrate how virtual fencing technology can deliver real value within their businesses. This is a highly relationship-driven role that combines sales strategy, customer engagement, and practical agricultural understanding. Working alongside Business Development Managers and the wider eShepherd team, you’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth and helping scale the business across the region. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys building connections, identifying opportunities, and working in a fast-paced growth environment where no two days look the same. In this role, you’ll focus on building strong relationships across the livestock industry while helping ranchers understand the value and practical application of the eShepherd platform. You’ll manage opportunities throughout the sales journey — from initial engagement and qualification through to product demonstrations and supporting successful customer handovers. You’ll work closely with Business Development Managers, Customer Success teams, and wider eShepherd stakeholders to help grow market presence across North America. Success in this role comes from being proactive, commercially minded, and genuinely interested in helping customers solve real operational challenges through technology.
