About The Position

We’re on a mission to lead the industry in delivering exceptional customer experiences, both in-store and online. As the newest member of our Customer Engagement Ambassador team in 2026, you’ll be supporting customer service excellence programs across our dealership network, driving initiatives that strengthen our online reputation, and contributing to internal reporting streams used by senior leadership. We are hiring a Customer Engagement Ambassador with a strong technical and analytical orientation. This role blends customer experience operations with data management, reporting, and emerging AI-driven workflows, and is not a front-line customer service position. It is best suited to someone who is comfortable working with data, enjoys improving processes, and is interested in applying modern AI tools in a business setting.

  • Full-time, office-based role in Edmonton, AB (no remote or work-from-home).
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field is required.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, basic analysis) is required.
  • Demonstrated ability or strong interest in using AI tools to improve workflows, automate tasks, or enhance productivity is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to SharePoint or similar file management systems is an asset.
  • Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is an asset.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with reporting and data preparation related to customer satisfaction programs.
  • Support existing Excel-based tools and workflows used by the team.
  • Contribute to maintaining accuracy and consistency in monthly reporting cycles.
  • Assist in compiling and organizing data from various online review platforms.
  • Support internal reporting tied to customer feedback and reputation performance.
  • Help ensure alignment between third-party platforms and internal tracking tools.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining reporting files from multiple sources.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across internal reports and shared systems.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of reporting processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
  • Work with large Excel-based datasets to prepare, clean, and structure information for analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks using automation or AI tools.
  • Support implementation of improved workflows for data handling, reporting, and internal processes.
  • Contribute to new initiatives focused on enhancing how the organization uses data and technology.
