As the newest member of our Customer Engagement Ambassador team in 2026, you’ll be supporting customer service excellence programs across our dealership network, driving initiatives that strengthen our online reputation, and contributing to internal reporting streams used by senior leadership. We are hiring a Customer Engagement Ambassador with a strong technical and analytical orientation. This role blends customer experience operations with data management, reporting, and emerging AI-driven workflows, and is not a front-line customer service position. It is best suited to someone who is comfortable working with data, enjoys improving processes, and is interested in applying modern AI tools in a business setting.
