About The Position

The Go Auto Customer Service Representative will work closely with other colleagues in the dealership to ensure a seamless guest experience. They will be required to handle all guest interactions in a professional, courteous manner.

  • Ensure our customers have high satisfaction with our Sales and Service Departments

  • Protect and maintain the utmost legal, financial, moral and ethical standards of all customers and coworkers
  • Attendance at Go University and/or manufacturer training
  • Comply with Go Auto’s policies and Employee Code of Conduct
  • Be knowledgeable in dealership operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of assisting customers is of the highest standard
  • Focus on customer satisfaction to attain monthly and yearly CSI targets.
  • Ability to promote dealership services and amenities to encourage an exceptional visiting experience.
  • Ensure that attention to detail is accurately maintained with each guest appointment and all guest requirements or issues are clearly stated to ensure effective pass on.
  • Following up with customers who have had their vehicles serviced.
  • Effective logging/tracking of customers, where they are in process for their visit, exceptional detail to follow-up
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
