The Administrative Assistant is responsible for company HRIS data-entry, new-hire paperwork, and employee onboarding. This role involves creating and coordinating the execution of offer letters and employment agreements, managing employee pay plan/compensation updates, and ensuring the completion of employment background checks and licensing. The position also includes inputting new hire and amendment data into the company HRIS and ATS, coordinating new employee onboarding, and following up to ensure its completion. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will escalate HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Benefits concerns as needed.
